Gaspar Hernandez III has competed in Olympic Style Weightlifting tournaments from 1979 to 2000 in well over 100 competitions, providing him with over 30 plus years of training and competition experience at the local and national level (national levels for which he has qualified and competed, such as the National Collegiate, American Open, and Senior USA Nationals), including the opportunity to work with many great coaches and lifters on both the east and west coast, as well as internationally. Gaspar Hernandez III also trained in Havana Cuba with the Cuban Olympic Weightlifting Team World & Olympic Champions where he learned to create structured training programs for Beginning Stages (first 2 to 3 years of preparatory), Mastery Formation Stages, to International and/or Elite Stages.
