Gym Hours of Operation: The HoundWood Gym is available on weekdays, Mondays through Fridays, in the evenings after 6:30 PM until 10 PM, on Saturdays from 12 PM through 6 PM, and on Sundays from 12 PM to 4 PM. Members are notified in advance when the Gym will not be available due to holidays, vacation closings, renovations, special occasions and events, or during seminars and classes. Since the HoundWood Gym is located on private property ALL training sessions and hours ARE pre-scheduled, on a week-to-week basis, in advance. No Drop-Ins are allowed.
